Questions about Honda and E10
Can my Honda use E10 petrol?
Honda lists which petrol cars can use E10. Check your model and year in the list below.
What if I put E10 in an older Honda?
A single tank in a non-approved car will not cause damage, according to UK government advice. Fill up with E5 next time and keep using E5.
Where do I find E5 for my Honda?
In the UK, E5 is sold as the "super" or "premium" unleaded grade (97+ octane) at most larger filling stations. Check the E5 label on the pump.
How else can I check my Honda?
Look for an E10 label inside the fuel filler flap, check the owner's handbook, or ask a Honda dealer.
