About e10.codes
e10.codes, operated by Cute and Honey LLC (Texas, USA; see legal notice), is an independent, free site that answers one question quickly: can my vehicle use E10 petrol? We bring the official manufacturer statements together, make them searchable by make and year, and explain the rest in plain English.
Where the data comes from
- UK and European models (64 makes): the manufacturer statements published on the UK government's Check if your vehicle can use E10 petrol service, which the Department for Transport and DVLA compiled with the motor industry. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Last checked 25 October 2026.
- USA: U.S. EPA rules for E15 and U.S. Department of Energy (Alternative Fuels Data Center) guidance, both public.
We reproduce each statement word for word and add our own plain-English summary. Where a manufacturer has published nothing, we say so and mark the page as having no official data.
Limits
Statements cover vehicles sold in the UK and Europe. Personal imports, modified vehicles and replaced fuel-system parts can differ. When in doubt, use E5 and ask your dealer.
Coming next
We plan to add country sections for Germany, France and other European countries (in the local language and English), and more U.S. detail.
